This 200 square metre garden apartment includes a swimming pool and two outdoor dining areas, separate patio, cantilevered and overlooking all four Clifton beaches with an interior consisting of a lounge, sunbed area, main bedroom, various bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. It was transformed from a very old apartment block from the last century into a modern minimalistic cutting edge residence. A new patio cantilevers directly over the sea. The inspiration for this residence came from the sublime fusion of polished plasters, the art of minimalism and the chic designs of Donna Karan and Giorgio Armani. 

These elements were masterfully combined to create the residence as it appears today. We wanted to achieve something which would be more about self-expression and relaxation. We decided to go the whole six stars and our brief included a wonderful financial budget which gave us the ability to tackle technical and engineering challenges. We managed to create a look that reflects the individual taste of the owners, which is classic contemporary, and yet with a wonderful but glamorous holiday feel, easy and relaxed, and with views to die for.
