This Sandhurst, three story, mansion set on three acres of land, is a work in progress. The structure is complete and our studio is in the process of designing and implementing an exquisite interior concept.
The beautiful garden has been landscaped and is complete together with a 20metre round shooting fountain which changes with colour changing lights at night, using a remote control.
The bespoke landscape lighting has been designed in purple to accommodate our client’s preferences and at night the garden lights up to give a purple hue and a Disneyland effect.
The motor showroom, which has been designed for twelve vehicles, is complete. It doubles as a function room when the vehicles are removed. Boasting marble floors, marble features on the walls, and gold mirrors from floor to ceiling with bespoke figure-8 chandeliers, it is a structure fit for a king (literally) and can stand proudly anywhere in the world.
The elevator is constructed in glass and when ascending, the Sandton skyline becomes visible.
The stairs and the first floor are constructed of glass with LED lighting.
The infinity pool is high up on the first floor and boasts a deck of some magnitude. The 180-degree vistas from high up are uninterrupted and on a clear day one can see as far as the Magaliesberg.
The architecture is a minimalistic combination of glass, glass floors, and concrete. The edifice itself consists of two towers, one on the left and one on the right, with the pool on the first floor in the middle.
